Reformatted my computer and now I can't access 409gigs of additional file (passort elite)

Can  not access 409 gigs of additional files. I recently formatted  my computer and it will not give me access to those files. Not sure what to do

What OS and was the Pasport hooked up when you formatted and reinstalled OS?
