I purchased four new RED Pro 3TB Western Digital hard drives from Amazon.com and received them Oct 25, 2016. These drives were brand new and sealed, so I attempted to register them on the Western Digital support site for warranty purposes. Amazon clearly shows that the hard drives include a five year limited warranty from you:
However, the support site failed to register all four drives stating:
because it’s either an OEM product or the warranty has been voided
Can someone please fix this?
