Red Pro Hard Drives Failed To Register

I purchased four new RED Pro 3TB Western Digital hard drives from and received them Oct 25, 2016. These drives were brand new and sealed, so I attempted to register them on the Western Digital support site for warranty purposes. Amazon clearly shows that the hard drives include a five year limited warranty from you:

However, the support site failed to register all four drives stating:

because it’s either an OEM product or the warranty has been voided

Can someone please fix this?

I opened up a ticket to WD support for this issue: case #102916-11518957

Support responded to me the same day to state that all four hard drives are covered under warranty until Oct 29, 2021. The error message I got seems to have been a glitch in their warranty registration website. All is good for me now!
