Red Light. Is it gone for good?

Hey all -

We had a small string of power outages, and after the latest it seems my MBL has gone. The light is just red and even holding down reset doesn’t work. I tried reinstalling everything, and all that did was get rid of the old MyCloud Desktop app from my Windows 10 computer.

Am I completely up a creek here?

Did you try support and get an answer? I had no connection to mine and tried giving it a break from power and when I reconnected to power I’m just getting a red light with no reaction when trying to reset.
