Red light flashing and error firmwre update

hi there,
my ex4 my cloud is flashing red light and there is an error message said firmware update failed!

if i remove the all four hard drives RAID 5 and put them in a new ex4 my cloud, will the data stays there or it will forget the raid 5 ocnfiguration?

I would strongly advice against removing all hard drives. It would be best to contact WD Support about this. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.
