Red light, cloud stuck, even with root access

Hello,

My Mycloud 3To is stuck on the red light and in windows, I cannot reach my folder and in ssh with a root access, I cannot acces the shares folder.

Here’s the errors messages that I get when I want to connect through the dashboard in a web browser.

Erreur interne (400208)
Impossible de récupérer les données. Assurez-vous de l'absence de problèmes de connectivité réseau, puis réessayez. (200005)
Erreur inconnue. Veuillez réessayer la dernière opération. Si l'erreur persiste, contactez le service d'assistance WD. (200000)

Please help me. I don’t know what to do.
