Red LED - Volume Issue?

We had some weird power surges on the 16th, now my WD MyCloud is off line. I can “talk” to it via the dashboard and ping it via the command prompt, but the 0004 message says the volume won’t load. Followed the troubleshooting paths including doing a PuTTy dump. But all I can surmise from that is that, yes, the volume can’t load.

Any suggestions on who to consult with, preferably someone on the west coast.

If you can access the dashboard. That means that the system is basically running. Try to SSH into the device and see if you can run an fsck on the data volume. Maybe this will allow you to mount the disk.
