Bought a WD Live media player 2 weeks ago. When I got it, I had the “Red Bull Tv” channel. Now I can’t find it. The only thing I did since I looked at the Red Bull Tv channel, is a firmeware update. could that have removed the Red Bull Tv channel?
also disappeared for me after firmware upgrade. called wd support. they had me downgrade and app reappeared. another attempt at upgrade removed it again. obviously they messed something up in the firmware or removed it on purpose. was told to call back monday to talk to tier 2 support.
