Recycling question on 4Tb surveillance drives

Hi. I’m a recycler, principally interested in recovering the NdFeB magnets from hard drives but I like to correctly separate the other components also. I have a couple of broken WD40PURX 4Tb surveillance drives and these contain a component I’ve not seen in drives with lower capacities (image attached). Please could you tell me what it’s made of? I assume it’s aluminium coated in a thin layer of another metal but unless I know what it is I’m going to have to throw this in with the low grade aluminium at the scrap merchant and I’m worried I might be losing another rare metal (and the purpose of my business is to recover one rare metal, Neodymium). Thank you.
