Recovery will not show backed up volumes

My computer crashed. Luckely i have a backup on my Passport Essensial. I had stored some files directly on the drive and backed up the rest using WD Smartware.

When i try to recover the saved data from WD Smartware it doesnt show any “Backed up volumes” on the Recovery page. Does anyone have any idea why this doesnt seem to work? I can access all the files saved on the drive which is not stored using Smartdrive.

As additional information:
On the “Home” window, Smartware shows a group of files which is 350 GB. This is my backed up files.
