Hello. I have a wd my cloud ex2 ultra that has corrupted firmware due to an update failure, I can’t access it, I tried the hard reset but it didn’t work, the data doesn’t matter, I would like to recover its firmware. Thanks

Did your device have OS3 or OS5? Have you asked this in the sub-forum for your device? Do you remember the firmware version you had and what you wanted to update too?
