Recovery data from broken WD400BB

I have in my hands an old broken HDD WesterDigital model WD400BB-00AUA1 with family photos in. Disk wants to move at all.  I measured eight Voltage on the HDD motor, but there is not any. I found a workable HDD disk model  WD400JB-00ENA0.  Do you think that the disk model WD400BB-00AUA1 is able to operate with electonic from model WD400JB-00ENA0???
