Can I transfer recorded shows/movies from Panasonic DVD or BlueRay recorder, to  the MY BOOK AV-TV unit ?

You mean connecting the drive to a computer or just from your TV Box?

Please note that if the drive is connected to your TV Box, it will be formatted on a unique file system and the computer wont recognize the drive.
