Recording from an iptv service

Apologies if this has been asked before but I have searched.

I want to record wirelessly from my FireStick to a my cloud device via Tivimate and to setup the path to the WD box if this possible.

I’m comfortable at how to connect to the device via smb etc but just would like to know if it’s doable to record and then playback from the WD box across my WiFi LAN?
