Recognizes 2tb hdd as 1tb

Hi,

i have only one 2tb hdd in my ex2, but it reads it as 1tb. (it was fine in my old pc)

is it an error? and if so, how can i fix it?

Was the HDD formated in you PC and after that put into the EX2 ?

Hav you tried the formatting tool from the EX2 dashboard ?

the first time i installed my EX2 it formated the drive.

I used the formating tool again after i realized it only shows 1tb insted if 2tb
