I like the drive and the software user interface is very simple. I thought that the back up process was continuous but I suspect that back ups only occur when I click the back up button. Either way is fine - I just need to know.
The backups are periodic and you shouldn’t need to hit the backup button. However, make sure that you have the latest version of SmartWare installed.
