Is there any real support offered with this drive? The replys from the admin people are fine, I want to talk to someone on the phone. How do I do that? Thanks.

I don’t know about the EX4 but my EX2100 came with free 30 days phone support after purchase (which starts with the first call), and regular email based support for 3 years. Yours shall have the same.
