Real capacity external drive portable drive 4TB

Hello.

I want to buy an external drive, 4TB model, but i dont find in the specification the real capacity. I mean, 4TB is 4 * 1024 * 1024 * 1024 * 1024 bytes. If the drive has 400billions of bytes, the real capacity is 3.6TB

Anyone can confirm this? the exactly quantity of bytes.
is correct this calculation?

Regards

It is 4 TB, ~4,000,000,000,000 bytes
Not 4 TiB, which is 4x2^40 bytes, or 4,398,046,511,104 bytes.
