What happened? Is this system obsolete and no longer going to work?
I can’t answer to the app’s absence on the Google play store, but I can say that at this time the app is still on the Apple App Store. It was just updated for IOS last month so I’d imagine if they went to the trouble of updating it, it will still be available for a while. However, I noticed that the system isn’t available for sale anywhere and WD no longer supports the system. WD passed the support off to the store Microcenter so it’s days might be numbered. When I called Microcenter they said that the system is still considered a current product even though they’ve been out of stock for several months and have no news that it is being discontinued.
