Reading of MOV file from Canon Camera (Audio does not work)

Some one can help me on issue related to the MOV file created with a Canon Camera (EOS 550D). The WD TV Live Hub cannot read the Audio file. It is a PCM an not AAC. Should I convert the .MOV file before to put it in the WD or there is some patch for WD ?

Thanks,

Dave

It’s the fact that it’s using Signed PCM audio, which isn’t supported.

Ok. Is there any sw patch to fix the problem? Will WD support this format in the near future?

No and maybe.

Folks,

it works with the latest version of FW (2.07.17) and re-bootin the system every time. I have to un-plug and then plug the power cable every time I want to use the WD.
