Read only subfoders

Hello,
I’m facing a problem with my My Cloud EX4100 and I’d like to know if it’s something easy to solve.

Some of my subfolder have became read-only, I don’t know exactly how and when. I’m loading fila via afp from mac OSX, and sometimes I loaded file from a USB external HD attached directly to the NAS, through iPhone APP.
Any Idea about the causes? Any way to make all my folders write-read again?

This may be a system specific issue. It is recommend to check data files stored in a new created user share.
Did you face same issue while accessing the data files from MyCloud.com?

Actually I didn’t set up the web access yer, cause lately my own connection is not that fast.
This problem occur just on some subfolder, not every one. So create another share could be pointless to know anything I guess :confused:
