My My Book Live Duo will not allow me to transfer files over the internet via wd2go…it freezes my system and causes my windows explorer to not respond & have to restart…The app on my phone & tablet works but he website doesn’t. That prevents me from accessing my data from any computer from any where…Im seeking a solution for this problem…Can anybody relate or rectify this.
