Please excuse if this is posted in the wrong area. My daughter cannot connect using wd2go from her Win7 laptop. She gets as far as seeing the drive but when she tries to see the shares on the drive she just gets an outline box with a red “X” in the top left corner, like when your browser can’t find an image file. Others in the family can connect OK, so what might be missing on her laptop?
Probably needs to make sure Java is up-to-date.
