I have the same problem with wd tv live 3rd gen and the latest software.
Same thing, for me (3rd generation WD TV Live) …
Sometimes it works, most of the times not: still handshaking problems after all these years! If it were not sad, this would be ridiculous.
Isn’t there really anything we can do to make WD fix this problem once and for all ?
