Hi there, I believe the drive should work, does it work fine when is connected to a computer? At this point, the best thing to do is to consult with Samsung if this TV supports the WD 3TB hard drive.
It does work with my pc perfect, i just fort that someone might have had the same problem that could help me, i will have to email samsung to see what they can say.
