New to WD here. Just bought a 3TB re-certified MyCloud drive. Obviously it came with no instructions!
I’ve attempted to set it up ethernet into my BT Hub 5 router and powered on. I have a solid blue light yet the device is not visible on the network. I have tried different ports, a second router (Apple time capsule), different ethernet cable all to no avail. If I plug via ethernet directly into the iMac the drive appears with a letter but will not allow any access and disappears shortly afterwards.
Any ideas folks?
