I have a file that ends in >.rar that I can’t delete or rename in mycloud. Any ideas?
If you cannot delete the file using Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder, have you tried using SSH (which is enabled through the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings) to access the My Cloud and remove the file either using a program like WinSCP (https://winscp.net/eng/index.php) or using a SSH command line terminal (like Putty - https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest.html)?
Sometimes a reboot/restart of the My Cloud fixes the occasional weird issues.
