Quick View Missing after restarting windows

Hi  Scott thanks for the help. I did try to hook into the Ethernet port of the desktop but not the laptop. I had no luck even getting it connected but I couldn’t find a guide and was doing it from memory so take it with a grain of salt. The discovery CD didn’t find it either though. Jim
