Quick View - does not detect My Cloud server

Hello,

Why Quick View does not see my server 3TB WD My Cloud?
No shows oknienka with information about the status of used memory and temperature condition. What could be the reason? (after clicking on the icon in the menu item is visible only information about the program [Quick view]).

My operating system on the laptop is 8.1 Pro 64bit.
