I feel sort of dumb asking these questions, but here goes.
(1) After the initial backup, are files that you delete from your computer hard drive also deleted from the WD external hard drive when the next backup is done?
(2) This is from the SmartWare page: See your content displayed in easy to understand categories like movies and photos. Watch the progress of your backup as it happens with the instant-feedback color bars.
I do not see the content displayed in categories as it is being backed up, nor do I see the instant-feedback colour bars. I think there is probably something simple that I need to do for me to see these, but I do not know what it is.
