If I store 4 magnetic screwdriver kits very close to a 2.5" HDD, will the magnetism of the kits and all the screwdrivers, due to their magnetism, cause any damage to the 2.5" HDD? (This could be due to storing them for long periods, many years.)

What instructions came with your HDD? Have you read and followed those instructions?
I don’t have instructions; my 2.5" HDD is OEM.

Where is the disk located?
You should be fine. The magnetic tips in screwdriver kits are extremely weak compared to what it takes to affect a hard drive. A 2.5" HDD stores data using magnetic fields that are written with very precise and much stronger magnetic forces inside the drive. The small magnets used to hold screws on screwdriver tips cannot penetrate the metal casing or disrupt the platters even if they sit nearby for years. What actually damages drives in storage is shock, heat, or humidity not weak tool magnetism. As long as the screwdrivers are just stored next to the drive and not physically slamming into it you are not putting the HDD at risk.
