Question : I keep getting message G:"The parameter is incorrect"

Hey everybody-
My name is Mike
I was using my “Easy Store 5TB external HD” just yesterday and was able to
access info, put info on it etc etc

Today: my PC does not recognize it and gives me a G:is not accessible The parameter is incorrect,
I don’t get it.
What can I do to access my stuff on this external hard drive? I’ll take ANY and all advice,
