Question about Technical Support

I have a problem with my HD TV Live, because the remote control fail… I wrote to Technical Support and they told me that they will send a new remote control in 7 days… I never said the serial number of the HD TV Live… Will I Have to pay the new remote control? Will the send me free? The HD TV Live has 3 months…

If he did not take credit card or other payment information then you can assume you will not be charged anything.  I have seen that WD will send out a free remote replacement so that’s most likely the case here (apparently there were some issues with some of the remotes shipped).
