Question about recent order issues

Hello. I recent brought a 2Tb WD Blue internal desktop drive from the WD store.

It was shipped a few days ago and today i noticed the order status page said it was delivered today, However I hadn’t received it so clicked on the UPS tracking number & it says that 2 days ago ‘Parcel is on the way’ & then last night that was updated to…

" Returning to Sender
The receiver had no invoice information for this package and has refused the delivery. / The package will be returned to the sender. Rotterdam, Netherlands"

And then today.
" Returned
Returned to sender
DEN HAAG, NL"

Just not sure what this means, what is happening or what to do next as i’ve received no emails or anything from anyone.

I don’t have access to a working phone so can’t phone support and don’t know what to do.
