Push-Button Transfare Problem!

Dear Sir.

I’ve just bought a WD ShareSpace 8 TB and it works just Fine, but unfortunately i seem to have a problem when i try to Backup one of the 1 TB MyBook’s to my WD ShareSpace,
i plugged in the Mybook to USB Port1 as it says in the Manual, then the Backup Light came on, Which means that connecting is done, after that i pressed the button (Push-button Transfare) to start the Backup process, but then the Backup Light went off!! and it never came back (on) again, not even when it should be copying,
at the same time i’ve discovered that the Copying process is not done, it didn’t even start at all!
Kindly help me to get through this issue
also please note that this problem only happens with MyBook hard disks, i’ve tried Passport hard disks and USB Flash Disk, and it works fine

Since there’s been no replies, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
