Purple 14TB Drives Cannot Be Registered for Warranty

I have had several WD140PURZ hard drives returned because your website is not honoring warranties. The serial numbers show valid warranties using the warranty check site, but do NOT show valid warranties when trying to register them to an account. Please pass this on to your tech support department. If they are unable to get a serial number from their own company, I can provide many examples. Feel free to send me a PM or email.
