Public folder unavailable

I have just reinstalled Windows 11 to fix a few issues with Windows. However now I cannot access the ‘public’ side of MyCloudEX2Ultra. I can login to the admin and can access we private folders.

If I expand Network in file manager and clock on the cloud I get this error 0x80070035.

As you would expect the windows help is useless, is there something I need to reset up to access the public area of the cloud?
