Public folder disappeared!

Hello,

I can’t see Public folder anymore on my EX2!!! I didn’t do anything ant it has disappeared…

I have important data on it!!! Can someone help me please??

Have you tried a reset and/or power cycle?

Yes I tried a reset (through Dashboard) and factory reset (40s reset button on the back)

But still the same :cry:
