Hello all - Ive just recently changed my router which cause my WD Storage to get a new IP Address. Im not sure if its linked, but I am now unable to map any network drives using WD Link. I have been into the admin page for my WD device, removed and re-added the users, removed the security on the shares and made them public, yet it still asks for a username and password when mapping using either Windows Explorer or WD Link?
