Proxy server problem

Hi, i’ ve bought my cloud home 2tb last week. as long as i am at home or connect with mobile i dont have much problem.

But i cant even login My Cloud Home because of my computer runs behind a proxy server at work. it seems a restricted site for me. So this makes my cloud home useless for me.

is there an another link or another way to reach my home cloud home disk.

You’d need to discuss that with your IT department to see if they’d be willing to whitelist that site.
