Pronlems with using WD Photo's app since updating Main PC to Windows 10

HI Since upgrading the main PC to Windows 10 any photo’s I add to my MyCloud can not be seen using the WD Photo’s app on both an Android phone and an iPad… Can view them on the MyCloud app as normal. Photo’s load prior to upgrade still viewable. Any ideas?

Have you tried reinstalling the app and trying that again?
