Product registration Chat Dead USB external drive in Exlorer

Greetings,

As in subject (as Support Chat is dead) I cannot get my registration o My Cloud Home drive.
Any assistance will be appreciated.

I have managed to get the drive present in Windows 10 Explorer.
I have installed WD Discovery (alas coming with Desktop App - can one remove the App leaving only WD Discovery?)
I have two additional Network Drives (see an attached image) and one mapped drive.

Is it normal?

The attached USB External Drive to My Cloud Home is not present in Windows Exlorer as a Share (a case with previous WD My Cloud Mirror).
How can I get access to the attached USC External Drive to My Cloud Home? Is possible? Cannot find the solution neither via Desktop App nor Windows Explorer.

Can one create Shares in the My Cloud Home drive?
