I just bought a brand new 4TB external Hard Drive “My Book”.

While registration it says “Product Not Eligible for Registration” . does any one know why is that?

This could happen for the drive region. However is not a big issue and it could be solve in less than 24 hours by reaching WD either by email or by phone.
