Problems with MacOS client

I am using WD EX2 with a MacOS desktop client however the client is awful and seems that nobody cares about this. 

  • No SEARCH/FIND function

  • No DRAG/DROP files to copy them to your computer

  • No DOWNLOAD file option

While in the same network, we can map the drive and use folders but when outside the network, problem begins…

These are a few major defects. Can we use another client to use and manage the device?

WD should learn a lot from Dropbox’s desktop client!

Your post sounds more like a good Feature Request; the best place for this, is in the Ideas Exchange section. This way someone from WD will be sure to see it and will allow more users to support your idea.

However, I would first search and make sure that there are no other active Feature Requests suggesting the same or similar improvements. If there is, then you could add your post and vote on it.
