With less than 13 months of light home use my Hard Disk model WD6400AAKS-75A7B2 (installed in a Dell Desktop Inspirion 560 ) is unreliable and must be replaced. Does anybody know if this model has birth problems? Dell wants to replace it for the same model.
HI there, did the drive come with the computer? If it did (ANd Dell is to replace it because of this) then that model could be an OEM for Dell, there would be no way to answer that…
