I can’t seem to use copy manager to copy files from the NAS to a USB connected SATA hard drive. I have been successful using a USB connected PATA hard drive. I tried formatting the drive as FAT32, but that didn’t help. Funny thing is that WD Link recognizes the SATA drive, but I can’t access it nor use copy manager. Any advice??
