I Need help please

I have now a problem whith my wd tv media player…
I Cant´t execute any files whith my wdtv when i press the enter i see a blue circle and never stop,i have that problem when i read a file for my pen drive or external drive.

Have you try to reset your WD TV? this might be a over saturation of your device:
