Problems playing some file formats from network-share

Hello!

I have problems playing some file formats from network-share.

Affected are a few of my MKV files, and all MTS files (AVCHD) from my digital camera Panasonic DMC-TZ10.

When playing the files from a local drive (USB flash drive, hard drive), everything works perfectly.
Once I play the same files from a network share pictures and sound start stuttering after a while.

Network-speed is okay (wired). Stuttering always starts at the same possition/time. Reproducible.

edit: I use latest f/w. Latest beta was also affected. Did not check earlier versions.

Hi,

I’ve got the same problem with DVD’s. No matter whether i’m using iso or vob files. Problem was introduced after adding DVD menu support.  The problem can be (very) temporarily fixed by pressing the pause/play key twice. It seems like a buffering problem or so…

No probs with DVD (ISO or VOB) here… Only MKV and MTS… rewind/ff/change audio-track fixes playback at some files temporariliy (a few seconds)
