Problems initializing My Book Studio II on Windows 7

I received my My Book Studio Edition II (2TB) today, and immediately started installing it. I put in the disc I was given, and it installed the necessary drivers and such. I followed the User Guide to the letter, opened the WD drive manager, right clicked the drive, and selected the option that took me to disk management. The User Guide said that the Initialize and Convert Wizard would launch, but it never did. There is no option to initialize the drive, even after right clicking everything possible. The drive remains unusable.

Please help, I have to have one working in the next couple days.

On disk management, of the left panel where the drives are displayed (Disk 0, Disk 1, etc.), then drive should have a red mark for you to right-click it and initialize it.
