Incredibly frustrated. Not sure why such theoretically simply products are created so poorly.
All I want to do is have a remote hard drive so that I can access files while I’m traveling at the same time as my staff who may be in different areas of the country. Simple, right? No. I just tried to access a folder and I’m promptly told I don’t have permission to access. I have no idea how this occured. I’m no computer engineer, I just want to access the bloody file and I’m the only person who has done anything with this? How do I get access to it?
WD - create products with simple interfaces. It can’t be that hard, really?
