Problemas acceder My Cloud - Internet

Hola, intento acceder a my Cloud, y al poner la contraseña y el email, el mensaje que me sale es que no se puede acceder por que no tengo acceso a internet, y la conexión a internet me funciona correctamente. ¿Alguien puede saber cual es el motivo?,…no se como solucionarlo.
